If you’re looking for a single answer here you won’t find one, but I’ve looked far and wide and asked 1,000s of gamers what their favorite gaming mouse is. The resounding answer is the Razer DeathAdder.
I’ve listed this as well as other categories in this post on the best PC gaming accessories of 2013. While there are certainly some that may disagree with me, you can’t disagree that the DeathAdder is at least the most popular.
The 2013 Deathadder has a 6400dpi 4G Optical Sensor and continues to get updates each year. Updated features include improved ergonomic side grips among many others.
Here’s what one verified owner had to say about this product:
“The arc of the mouse is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever used, in that it actually follows the curve of one’s hand how it instinctively would grab a mouse. It is also a right handed mouse, sorry southpaws, which adds to the comfort and control of the mouse. I can’t say I know what the mouse grip is made out of, but it is completely slip resistant and oil resistant/absorbent. The sides of the mouse are a hard plastic and between the teflon feet and light weight of the mouse there is almost no resistance to movement.”
Overall, I’d say it’s well worth taking a look at if you’re in the market for a new gaming mouse like I am. I’d also recommend you take a look at the Logitech G500. It’s my favorite when it comes to web browsing and other work. I like it’s scroll wheel, durability, and most of all easy weight adjustment. I make my mouse light when working long hours, or heavy when I need extra precision. It’s really as simple as that.
